Intro to Defensive Pistol - Indy Gun Safety

Indy Gun Safety offers an Intro to Defensive Pistol training course, which is done ONE ON ONE with the student on our state-of-the-art interactive iMarksman Use of Force Simulator!

This two hour course covers:

The Cooper Color Codes (Mindset)
Holster draws from concealment
Shooting on the move (Forward, backward, left, right)
Moving targets
Using cover and concealment
Good guys mixed in with bad guys
Prioritizing targets
(Not all scenarios require use of force... so you can't run around code orange all the time!)

We can use any photograph as a background to the scenario. Send me a pic of your living room and I'll put you in a home invasion in your living room!

You can take this course as often as you like. We will keep a training file and change the scenarios every time you come back!

Students will experience real life scenarios with talking bad guys, screaming bystanders, and face a variety of weapons. Some scenarios are set up as IDPA stages, using real IDPA targets with Bay 3 at Atlanta Conservation Club as the background!

This course is a great primer for carrying a concealed firearm and shooting sports like IDPA.
