Stopped in at Cabella's in Lousiville to see if they had any 22LR to replenish what I shot last week, and oh happy day!
They had 1600 rd ammo cans packed with CCI Mini-mags for $120. They also had individual mini-mag 100rd boxes for $8.50, and 500rd boxes of Thunderbolt.
I went with the ammo can. I suppose I could head to the classifieds now and sell them for $20 each.
Nah, why the hell sell them when I'm all set for ~3 months worth of shooting!
When I left they had 3 more 1600rd cans, maybe 10 500rd boxes of Thunderbolt, and I'd guess about 20 or so individual mini-mag boxes. The ammo cans and boxes of Thunderbolt are at the back counter near the ammo section, which you have to ask for. The individual CCI's are on the usual 22LR shelve that is normally bare.
