LARGE HANDGUN AUCTION

I was not sure where to post this, but I seen in the local paper that on Dec. 4th 2011 at the Old Hoosier Gym in Knightstown Indiana there is going to be a large handgun auction. It said you can view the guns at 11 am and the auction begins at 1:00 pm. Alot of Colts and S&W listed. I'm not going I have to work but I thought I would pass it along. Bad thing is sometimes you pay more than a gun is worth at an auction. Still might be worth looking at.

Found the listing for it: Proxibid. A lot of nice looking revolvers.

Looks like a nice collection. They will probably bring way more than retail, like most auctions, but I will keep an eye open.

I'd go for the following:
Colt "Combat Commander" 45 ACP
Para Ordnance P12-45 ACP
but I'd bet the auction will get way to rich for my pocketbook.

I like auctiOns just to see the action, but people always get caught up in it and bid things way up.
