Seems like I've gotten stuff with free shipping from them. Sometimes it's just on certain items. You can go to their website and sign up for email updates for sales and promotions they're running.

I've seen specials for $5 shipping. And though not recently I think I've seen some free shipping on some items. I don't think I've ever seen it on all items though.

In the past they offered free shipping on everything if I recall correctly, but now it seems to just be selected items and for a limited time.

Some items have free shipping; you can combine something with free shipping (like a hat or small bag) with a larger item and it'll knock a LOT off shipping costs.

They sometimes have coupon codes for free shipping above $149 or the like.

Potterfield recently lowered shipping costs from the stratosphere to a more reasonable amount, in line with what many other online vendors charge.

Hunt online (RetailMeNot or similar) and you can find $10 off $50 or $10/20 off $100 codes which basically gives you free shipping...
