My quest for a nagant revolver...

So I called gander in Greenwood. The guy on the phone was insanely helpful and nice, he put a hold on the only one in the store for me. Then when I went in a kind gentleman named brad was very helpful in getting the gun in my hands and out I went. A big +1 to them

Sorry I missed this thread... we just had a used 1895 Nagant revolver come in today, but I guess you found one already. What'd you pay at Gander?

Also, the employee you quoted in your OP was mistaken; our 1895s have never run that high in any condition, besides which, we would not price a gun as a whole dollar amount ending in a "3" (i.e. it would've been XX9.95).

Its a tula made 1945 , its super clean with all accessories(minus the lanyard) for 150.

I paid $99 for mine at ks&e a couple of years ago with all the goodies. They had several to choose from. Didn't know they have gone up so much in price

Thanks! Still has a little cosmo on it. I think maybe sunday I will take it completely apart, clean it up real nice and maybe mod the trigger spring so the DA trigger pull is a little easier.
