Need reasonable stripped lower - Where do I get one

I've personally been eyeing the blemished Palmetto State Armory stripped lowers. I think they can be had for $77 including shipping.

Ranger Supply Co has 2 New Frontier Armory complete lowers in stock I called them today. They won't say what the price is though.
