Need some 1911 work done

I am looking to get some work done on my 1911 and am in need of a gunsmith who would be able to do what I am looking for.
The gun is an STI Spartan with Harrison Design rear sights on it, everything else is stock.
I am wanting to get the front strap checkered, a front sight that I have put on it and formed to match the contours of the slide, a new mainspring housing installed and fitted to fit flush on the bottom of the frame, and maybe a new trigger installed.
Anyone know a good gunsmith that could do all this work for a reasonable price? I would probably be waiting until after Christmas to get this done, as I have a few other things I want to do first. Also I don't want to have to send the gun all the way across the country, so an Indiana Gunsmith would be preferred.

He has done alot of work for shooters that you would recognize.
I'm not sure if he has the equipment to do everything that you are after.

I've heard good things about Ray Saltzman in Tipton, but have no personal experience with him although I believe others on the forum have.

I've from plenty of people who dealt with a gunsmith in Nashville/brown county, but can't ever seem to remember who he is.
