Question. Norinco SKS Gas Tube-How do you get it apart so that I can strip the wood and stain it? I'm not wanting to damage it and it doesn't come apart like my Yugos.
Laugh at me if it makes you feel better because I spent all day cleaning this stock up and trying to smooth it out (finally gave up because it's got a couple deep grooves from someone trying to remove the through bolt incorrectly). And I forgot about the wood on the gas tube. I'd post a pic of a serious face palm but you've all seen them.
