    Awesome trigger. No buffer, tube or spring without being a piston drive! Very innovative. If they get those patents they will be set for 21yrs! Very nice rifle.

    I think the fact it is a DI gun is cool. I used to think I was one of the few who found the DI system to be a good system with positive attributes. About the only downside to the DI system in a military rifle is the fact the operator must take care not to fire the weapon with too much water in the barrel/gas system. Other than that, it's a robust system that works well with a wide variety of barrel lengths and calibers.

    Even LWRC went DI when they were making their super short 300BLK. Their engineers told me that the DI system ran very reliably but they couldn't get the piston system to work reliably with the caliber and short barrel.
