Plainfield Fishing

I'm new to the Plainfield area and just wondering where are some places to go fishing around here. Thanks.

I lived in Avon. Waded White Lick Creek for smallies. It is about an hour and 15 minuites to the strip pits in the Linton, Dugger area. Check out Green-Sullivan SRA. You can catch crappies, wipers and walleyes right now at the bottom of the dam at Cataract lake. You would be shocked at what you can catch doing float trips on white river south from Indy. There are a couple of small impoundments out near Crawfordsville....

Just follow White Lick Creek along old 267 towards Mooresville. I have caught nice Channel cats , small mouths along there.
