Request for prayers for a family that just recently lost the dad/husband in an accident this past Saturday. Our families interacted many years ago when we lived in a another state when our kids were young and attended the same church. They are a very close knit, loving, outgoing family that spent a great deal of time together even as the kids have married and had just started having kids of their own. I never saw the man NOT have a huge smile.... EXCEPT to make a weird facial expression TO GET someone else to smile. The finest example of a husband and family man. I don't know any other way to help them deal with this sudden unexpected loss.

Appreciate the replies and prayers for their family. Funeral was Friday. Gone too soon at 56. But left a very positive lasting impression on many people who were fortunate enough to know him. RIP friend.
