Went by a lgs today on my way into work. They had a Sig M17 in the case. Now I’ve handled a few Sig 320 Legions and love them. I thought maybe I ought to check out the M17….. I was sadly suprised. Cycling the slide was terrible….. gritty and felt binding. The trigger….. felt like pulling your finger thru rotten fruit. I was really shocked. This was a new pistol and finish was wearing off the slide. I hope the military gets better than this!!!! Is this a fluke or the norm for this model?

I have no arguement that the old SIGs are splendid…. I admit to fondling a 226 Legion today and it was very difficult to hand it back. I was just a bit taken back by the M17…. Not knocking SIGs
