Rock Island Auctions is having a major classic firearms auction coming up in September. I'm not trying to promote the auction, but I found the videos that they put together very interesting. They share a lot of history and a lot of very interesting old firearms. It is well worth wading through the sales pitch just for the education and gun pron.
I'm sure these won't be going cheap, but if you have an interest and the funds to participate, more power to you. You definitely won't see this type of collection in your local auctions.
