    North Dakota soon...
I've heard they don't do well with 115gr. bullets, so I'll have to use the next size up. Not sure about 9mm weights since I'm a rifle guy. Is it true the lighter weight bullets shoot different POA?

I had a 3906 when they first came out, $125.00. It really had a funky trigger pull that you just had to get use to. I then bought a 639 which I still have today.

If all I had was $300 to spend, I would buy one for a carry gun in a heart beat. Not the prettiest gun but they are solid, reliable handguns. I would not hesitate. Also, I prefer used guns...already broke in and cheaper ;)

    I have 1 that is 5906 and the other is a 669. (80's model)
Put mine in an ultrasounic cleaner and reassembled. I shot 50 rounds and once I got a feel for it, I put 12 - 12gauge shells on a 2x4 and the last 2 were 223 cases and started shooting. There were 15 in the mag + 1 in the chamber. I shot all 12 shells off the 2x4 and then shot the last 2 - 223's off. I was empty as I missed 2x during this trial. I was shooting at 25 yards! My son was there to see this. I was using reloads that I had made. They are 124gr Montana Gold Hollow points. I used bullseye powder.
This is a great weapon and is my normal CC weapon. I have not repeated this type of shooting with the springfield xd sub compact.
Thats my 2 cents worth. Also bought this from Darrel's Gun Shop in Cayuga and it was 275.00 plus tax. I would buy any I can find for 300 or less. I love this weapon.
