I have a 6" .41 magnum and I need an entire rear sight assembly. I think Midway carries them, but I don't know what height the rear blade should be or if I need additional springs and screws or what. Can someone please point me in the correct direction?

If my eyes don't deceive me, measuring my sight blade, mine is .146 (my gun is a 57 no dash, 6" barrel with a red ramp front sight). Blades are fairly easy to find, but good luck with the whole rear sight assembly.
There are 2 different styles of rear sight assembly "old style" squared off at the front, "new style" rounded at the front of the sight assembly.
And yes you will need screws, Midway carries them.

I would simply call S&W customer service and ask. They would be more than happy to help you and be able to tell you "exactly" what size they put on that gun.
