Shipping primers?

Does anyone know the process for shipping primers from private individual to private individual?

Does this mean individuals selling primers on Gunbroker are lying about what they are shipping or is there a workaround I am not seeing? For the record, I don't purchase or sell items through Gunbroker and have no intention of doing so. I just wondered because I am on there often comparison shopping and did notice a lot of individuals on there selling their stashes for crazy amounts of money.

I believe you can through UPS but you have to go to their main shipping counter. NOT a UPS store


I’d call first to be sure, but I thought this used to be the case
