I'm using a reflex sight on my .357 Handi-rifle. I discovered today shooting at a black bullseye with a white center that I couldn't see the red dot when it was on the white center of the bull. I had 3 fliers while trying different displays on the refles site and ended up using a display that has a circle around the red dot. I had to try and center the bull within the red circle of the display. Not as precise as the red dot in the center but better than nothing. I think I need to put the reflex sight on one of my handguns and get a scope for the rifle. The Handi is just a plinking gun and won't be used for shooting for beyond 75 yds most of the time. Do you think a 4x scope would be enough in that case? Here is my target from today. I think this plinking load will be a winner if I can see the target better.
