I just had this conversation with one of my friends few months ago... Its only a matter of time before all states fold and legalize marijuana.

Nice. The ATF finally doing something I agree with.

Granted, I still think it's the job of Congress to take this step, not some unelected bureaucrats. I don't like the precedence any of this department rulemaking sets, but at least this one is in the direction of freedom, states rights, personal responsibility and all that jazz.

They already changed the wording to "legal use" so if I smoke a joint in Illinois, then come home to Indiana.. its it still legal?

Can they fix the forms so when you check you are a United States citizen you don't have to answer all the other stupid questions about citizenship? I'd like to see that.
