SMP 860 Smokeless Powder

I found some of this for $220 for 7lb free shipping.
However, I cannot find any load data for it, or what it can be used in.

Does anyone have any information on this powder?

Similar to Hodgdon H870 or AA8700. Said to be a little slower burn rate than H870. Also goes by WC 860.
Looks like a 50 bmg powder. Might be adaptable to some of the magnum cartridge's but no direct load data.
