I don't even know what RECCE is. I've seen it here on INGO, but every time I see it I think Reeses peanut butter cups. But I'm pretty sure that's not it. :):

I don't know what it means either other than my BCMs are all RECCE rifles. The name means nothig to me, but I like how they're set up from the factory.

Only cuz u can pick that s$&t up cheap since no ‘operators’ are rockin it.
It maybe worth handing down though as an anomaly or collectors piece.

It was easy to see who was going to win that war from the get go. M-lok slots are simpler and faster to machine than the keymod counterpart. It seemed logical companies would gravitate toward the M-lok for that reason alone.

    In the country, hopefully.
Wait! What's wrong with Keymod now? I thought it was the latest, greatest!

Little bit of history. Cliff notes version Crane did some testing and found mlok to be slightly advantageous in durability, repeatability. Keymod protrudes into barrel space less, so on the rare occasion you have a suppressor tucked into handguard it fits without touching. Keymod can theoretically be smaller.

I do have M-lok I believe on my M&P 15-22. Not that it matters on that rifle.

Though I did paint it look like I'm an operator!
