Here I'd have to go with the Sig. No Sig ever tried to chew my thumb off. (But I'd rather have my Model 70S Beretta than either one of them!)

PPK has gotten better with the s&w beavertail, but I still cant stand the crazy heavy trigger, sig all the way, +1 for not having a safety

Agreed on the sig. No safety and more comfortable to shoot. I give the edge in accuracy to the Walther. Well one of the older inter arms imports anyway.
