    I haven't owned the compact but I have owned a couple of the 5" models.
    Decent guns. Just make sure they're dependable and broke in good before depending on them for your life.

    Thanks for the input. I picked it up, changed the grips and went to the range today! Fun shooter! It's a little ammo picky, though. It wouldn't extract half of the Magtech rounds but it fed www perfectly! The Magtech may be loaded a little light. It did hit low of poa but once I compensated for it I was shredding the bullseye at 15 yards!
    Overall I am very happy with my new shooter!

    I've had mine for 4 months. I've never had a failure due to ammo. My wife limp wristed and had a ftfeed. After our first time out, it has been perfect.

    Just got the gun back home. Already cleaned it and filed the front sight down a bit. While it was apart I noticed that the extractor was a little light on tension so I tuned it. Hopefully that will take care of the fte's.
