What's the diff between citadel and rock island armory

I've been looking at a citadel and arockisland m1911-a1cps both 3.5 inch barrels citadel for 574.31 but has Novak sights and skeleton trigger at 32 oz. Rock at 450.72 at 450.72 and34 oz. It There a big diff. I'm thinking of going with the citadel for the sights.

The two guns are made in different plants in the Philippines; RIA comes from Armscor, while Citadel comes from MetroArms. Physical quality of both is very similar; go with the one that has the features you want.

That was my plan but I have a rock island that is picky/very picky on ammo is the citadel the same. That's my big concern.
