Marty Stuart and the Superlatives performing on Letterman and literally killing it...Kenny Vaughn said, "to be fair we were, what they call in Nashville, "road hot"...most bands that come on Letterman ain't playing 5 gigs a week..."

it is the 2nd most popular (by downloads) music performance from Letterman....

Letterman's female guitarist started buck dancing and yelling "yee haw" when they began warming up...poking fun....30 seconds into the rehearsal no one was mocking them....one guitarist for Letterman said, "where are your pedals?" to which Marty replied..."we don't need pedals..."

It's perfection....and a cover of Homer and Jethro's, Country Boy Rock and Roll from the late 50s....

Tom Jones covers Prince, Talking Heads, and Three Dawg Night

People used to talk a lot **** about Tom Jones but he was a good entertainer and did some good songs. However I saw him perform at one of those U.S. Capital 4th of July celebrations and he really acted like he was out of it; I recall some health issue so maybe he is fine now and wasn't at the time of the concert.

Not really a "cover" so much as a "parody", but what the heck

Okay, most people know Toby Keith and "American Soldier"

Well, the Navy didn't want to be left out.
And, being the navy, there are a few NSFW words..
