Website says it has a "match chamber", which usually translates to being tight and causing the issue you describe. Usually it's a problem with cheaper ammo and you wouldn't think the Eley would a problem.
I use brake cleaner on my ARs, but Hoppe's on everything else. I did buy some .22LR specific stuff a while ago specifically for my CZ, but haven't used it yet.
