I'm running Linux on 4 systems in regular use right now and one of those is a 15 year old discarded laptop that I pulled from my sons junk computer parts bin a couple of years ago. It runs just as well as the fresher hardware in day to day tasks.
My work MacBook is a PITA by comparison
Those are much newer than I'm into. I do find that even on my old film cameras, something along the lines of a 35mm-105mm zoom is a very flexible everyday shooting lens.

I managed to get out to the track for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon. Practice days sure aren't what the used to be at the speedway
It really was a great time. Some folks were missed but the rest of us tried hard to keep the shooting pace up as high as it would have been had you all been there. We did get a bit of rain and it was a challenge to shoot the guns dry again. But, the challenge was met and great times enjoyed :)
It's been raining steadily all day here. I love shooting in the rain [emoji3]
I have most everything packed and just need to load the truck in the morning.

The lines were all the way out to the parking lot when I voted yesterday. I have never seen a line that long for anything less than the national elections in November.
I went out to vote with the wife and then we headed to Bob Evans for breakfast. I totally agree with the thought that all presidential primaries should be held the same day. It would force the folks running to speak to more broad issues instead of focusing on the issues of just one or two...
