A source tells Fox59 news that jail investigators intercepted phone calls from Mark Leonard attempting to orchestrate a murder for hire scheme against a witness in the case.

These guys don't seem like the brightest bulbs in the pack. Using the monitored jailhouse phone to plan a murder-for-hire scheme?

I think smart people usually don't end up in prison for arson and attempted murder. Usually.

I heard on the news there was also a letter intercepted where he has signed an agreement to pay the hitman...
