It is apparent to me that the President is less engaged over the past 6 to 8 months, even on the BS he is most passionate about (gun control, foreign relations) or professes to be passionate about (employment). I really think he dislikes going to work each day and I fear him completely throwing his hands in the air as the pressure rises. I'm pretty sure we're 90% there when he hit the golf course, smiling, after the ISIS beheading. For such proclaimed intellect, decisiveness, and bravery, we sure don't see much of it in action. It's been a long 6 years, and the two remaining will feel like a lifetime.
Folks can't help but watch a train wreck, some like pulling the spikes and ties. I ***** too, but I really wish we had a successful, ethical and constitutional President for the good of the country. This isn't it.

if he could run for a third term they would not be calling him on anything. His poll. Umbels are low and he's a lame duck. The idea is to distance the other dems (mostly Hillary) from him but keep his voting base..

Rambone is right to a certain degree but the author is as well...It seems like before there were enough folks shielding him and making excuses for him that it was harder to see (except for news/political junkies) for most folks.....The reality is that none of us ever saw him outside of "Campaign Mode" for his first five years in office....I believe what we are seeing now is a man who realizes he is out of his league along with the realization that others (including many long time supporters) are seeing that as well.....He can't "Yes we can" his way out of this and it's freaking him out....

I bet he is back up to smoking a pack a day.....

I just heard he ordered 2 gross of rubber stamps with VETO on them in case the Repubes get control of the Senate. He had to special order the stamps with small lettering "Payback's a b----- Boehner!"

It didn't take much to see how his whole presidency was going to go and how bad it is for us. I predicted all this in '08 (who couldn't) and told anyone who would listen to me. Yet if you go to a site like "Obama for women" or "Organizing for America", you will be sickened by the multitudes of brain dead sycophants who worship him. Watch the Dems ramp up for Hillary in '16 like they did for Obama in "08. The woman vote gave us Clinton. They ignored or were blissfully unaware of his history of rape and abuse, giving us eight disgusting years to have to deal with the criminal buffoon. I pray history doesn't give us a repeat with his criminal incompetent pathological liar wife. Whatever happens, the good news is Obama will be out of the White House.

Same as about 80% of all politicians. Real job meaning one they earned on their own merits and not part of their family business, connections, money, or who they married.
