Minnesota town re-elects dog as its mayor

I feel bad for the business owner that ran for Mayor... and the town still voted to let the dog charade continue.

It was easy. They just named the dog "None of the above".

According to wikipedia, the town population is just over 1,000 and only twelve votes were cast in 2014.



Sounds like a great place to live.

I would guess it is more parenting. I know plenty of public school educated, non-STEM degree holding (or simply HS diploma holding) folks that snort derisively at this whole "safe space" concept. Granted, I also know a few with degrees that would fall under "humanities" that this fits perfectly.

I guess we'll see.

However, the U of C is for serious students, not for kids looking to avoid the responsibilities of adulthood. It's neither a state school with all that goes with that, nor a liberal arts school with all the nonsense that goes with that.

Sure, there will always be some SJWs in the mix, but they do not run things at the U of C.
