I think I've found my muffler shop, Meads Performance Mufflers in Bethany of all places. You can definitely hear the banjos outside the shop!
The GF's daughter suggested him and after doing a little searching found his book of faces page and it showed some of his work. I stopped by and talked to him and he had an old beater truck up on the rack, all I can say is that if he puts that much effort into mine I'll be pleased with the results. He's about talked me into stainless Magnaflows and is trying to talk me into an "H" pipe instead of an "X" pipe. I get what he's saying about usable torque and horsepower gains of one over the other and what I'm doing with the car but I want the X to help mellow the tone out more than the horsepower and torque increases.
Got the taillights working this evening so it's time to temporarily hang the rear bumper, get it insured and get the exhaust under it!!
