Nope......421 dual 4's with custom fender well headers. 3 peddles. Possible a straight axle because that car is begging for one.
Nose up attitude. Proper gearing and go looking for mustangs.

Yes sir! 4 wheel independent suspension, rear trans axle. Almost perfect 50/50 weight distribution.

I knew about the suspension/T-axle etc but was unsure as to the unitized body.

Great cars. Ground breaking engineering.

I had actually considered something like this for our 63 Galaxie:

I have a problem though with a "tribute" car that doesn't fully commit, single aluminum seat, no sound deadening, etc. And with my desire to be able to road trip it I didn't want to give up the creature comforts.

That's scary. Those cars are notorious for frame rot. Prolly not much left... Sad.

Glad you tole me what it is...I thought it was an oldsmobile or some plymouth. JkJk but is does have the aerodynamics of a lunch box. Ugliest Mustang I have ever seen LOL

We saw Beswick run a lot back in the day. Match racing was a big deal.

Pulled the head studs from the even cylinder side and started clean up.
Still need to pull the crank. Prep for fresh hone.
