I bet you're right. Good. I'm glad she's coming back.. I just hope it's the Kristi we all remember, not a new Kristi, bitter at the fact that she left (for whatever reason)

I bet there will be some teasing similar to when Chick left for a few months in the 90's for his own show somewhere in California. He was the butt of jokes for years after coming back.

    Where's the bacon?
Chick chose to leave for what he thought were greener pastures.

With Bob retiring and Kristi leaving at the same time (plus a comment she made on a video with Tom on the B&T site, about a 6 month vacation) I'm guessing that her departure was not entirely her own idea, but possibly a disagreement with corporate.

Someone I know in radio was telling me the fee for any station to become a part of the B&T network starts at $1M/year. Let's not kid ourselves... Bob and Tom are not hurting for $$$. Chick and Kristi might be making a little less, but I don't think she spent any time in a soup kitchen food line. Still though, hopper is right. Ava (and "Beva"?) will soon be that age.

    Suddenly, I feel :fogey:

So tomorrow morning, Tom's 4-year old daughter Finn is undergoing a surgery at Riley Hospital for Children to remove what seems to be a benign tumor on her brain.

Bob will be coming back to host the Friday show in Tom's absence.

Wow. Hope all ends well with this.
I no longer give them any of my time but I did enjoy the show in it's hay day.
