I watched the first four episodes of BBC's Bodyguard on Youtube (someone was kind enough to upload the first four, but not the last two). It's pretty decent. It will be on Netlfix at the end of the month, so I can watch the last two episodes.

I watched the first few Norm McDonald shows on Netflix. Started slow but was getting ok then he had on Letterman and praised Dick's decision not to sell ARs. Next episode Hanoi Jane. Nope, I'll read a good book instead.

Anyone else watching the brand new show Haunting of Hill House on Netflix? On third episode. Very well done so far.

Edit- I am now done with episode five, this series is fantastic, I highly recommend this show.

I liked Futurama more. I haven't seen the Simpsons in well over a decade, but liked it back then. Disenchantment does not have the non-stop jokes of the other two shows, but does have it's moments.
None of them are Bob's Burgers.

Oh, and Letterkenney is great stuff.

I mentioned this Netflix show a couple pages back but now I am on episode nine. Haunting of Hill House. The show is fantastic, truly a must watch. For me, this series ranks up there with other series like Band of Brothers, Game of Thrones or Deadwood.

I am not a big horror movie guy and I dont know if thats what I would call it, who knows, maybe it is. It will however have you sitting on the edge of your seat with the occasional jump and curse word.

I've never seen that one. I am a huge Archer fan (although I have not seen the last few seasons since I don't have a way to watch them). I doubt there is any similarity other than the same voice actor.

Archer had a crossover episode where Archer was Bob. The absolute best crossover episode ever.

Currently watching "the Americans". I am sure it is available on some streaming service but I am doing dvds. Middle of season four now. As a teen of the eighties it is almost nostalgic. The series has turned out to be way better than I anticipated.

Playing around with the Amazon Firestick last night and got my DirecTV app working. It's nice because I don't need to run a hardwire into that room now. Navigating the program with a virtual mouse app on the Firestick remote is a bit wonky but works.

I completely agree on "The Haunting of Hill House." Soooooo good.

The family was away this weekend and I watched all 10 episodes over two days in three sittings. It is really well written and acted. I loved the structure of the episodes and how they revealed slightly more with each character's point of view.

It's suspenseful and unnerving but not overtly scary. Really, really well done. I highly recommend it.
