With the caveat that I know Indiana is a at will work state, I am troubled by employers firing for legal outside activities. If you think the left will keep it to porn, think again! How about a company thats clients are the coexist crowd firing a guy for shooting hobbies, or for a religion?

    Troubling all around.

    Hey I’ve seen her!

Meh. Their business they can do what they want. I don’t believe in anyone forcing me by gun to work for a person, nor do I believe in anyone forcing someone by gun to employ a person. Get government involved, someone is being forced to do something. I like Indiana’s laws.

Also I’ll add. Many jobs will check social media. They don’t want their business associated with someone doing and saying stupid **** online. Article says she discussed her account on her Instagram. Well, when you have where you’re employed on your Instagram, you’re representing that business. She did it to herself.

I have a bigger problem with employees watching porn at work than... no mention that they are now unemployed

Since I have not actually seen her video of her extra curricular activity I can not decide whether the dealership had reason to fire the young lady. Perhaps if someone posted the video it may help me decide. :)

So... somebody else that worked there already went down a very similar path and is no longer employed there. I guess the young lady has every right to think that her experience would be different.

She was whoring (appropriate term, sex acts in exchange for money) it up on-line. She probably still has a more respected career than a comedian from ten years ago.

I do agree about the watching porn at work question. But I also question what somebody expects from their co-workers after they see porn that you have made. Life goes on? Have we really become so shameless? Rhetorical question here.

Her co-workers already saw that it is for sale, all they had to do is negotiate price. Some people love bargains.

Last question. How do you not sexually harass someone when asking them about their sex job?

This!!! She was publicly talking out her webcam page on social media but then got mad that her co-workers talked about and shared the link. The blame for the company and bosses finding out completely lies with her.

All this publicity may reduce or eliminate her need for the Honda paycheck anyway, at least for a little while. Maybe she will get her big break!

Forget the porn, she ought to be fired for that liner/eyeshadow combination.

IKR - that was the first thing I thought.

But we want people fired for being in ANTIFA protests, so that gate swings round and round...

And part of her problem was making videos at work, and in her work uniform. (A) The dealership doesn't want to be featured in amateur porn, and (B) you can't have employees taking nudie pics in the john when they're suppose to be changing an water pump, and (C) with the MeToo movement, employers don't want any chances of hanky-panky in the workplace.

And the fact that this made national news (of her doing, I'm sure) shows me that she was a timebomb waiting to go bang in the shop.
