    And part of her problem was making videos at work, and in her work uniform. (A) The dealership doesn't want to be featured in amateur porn, and (B) you can't have employees taking nudie pics in the john when they're suppose to be changing an water pump.

    That's a very important point.

    That's the impression I got when first reading, but when I went back, I couldn't find a direct reference to her filming at work.

    With the caveat that I know Indiana is a at will work state, I am troubled by employers firing for legal outside activities. If you think the left will keep it to porn, think again! How about a company thats clients are the coexist crowd firing a guy for shooting hobbies, or for a religion?

    Troubling all around.

    A 24yo should look young and fresh, not like... ...this...

    This Was not intended to imply government action in ant way...

    IKR - that was the first thing I thought.

    But we want people fired for being in ANTIFA protests, so that gate swings round and round...

    And the fact that this made national news (of her doing, I'm sure) shows me that she was a timebomb waiting to go bang in the shop.

    I always assumed they were unemployed. ;)

    It's my opinion that chicks do that extreme makeup to impress other chicks and not to impress men. I've always gone under the assumption that guys like a more natural look?

    IANAL;;
    they can fire her. They will have to pay for unemployment as it was not with cause. They she can and should sue them for wrongful termination. ONLY if it’s in a contract or work agreement somewhere...
