Yep. One of the interesting things is that you can see that it's not just the fire/temperature that sets off the main charge explosively it's that plus the pressure. Without the pressure, they had a hard time getting the main charge to ignite and when they did, only a minimal burn.So, looks like they are damaging the primer to the point that the primer blows backwards out, unseating itself.

yes.Wouldn't it require something to hold against the primer, to prevent it from exploding off the rear and forcing the ignition forward?
