No. $3500 is a lot for a rimfire.Yeah, I just scrolled through the offerings and clicked a random link.
Turned up a AA grade stock.
Still, $800+ is a lot of money for a rimfires.
1727F Got the .22, want the HMR too.Yeah, check out a Meister Grade Anschutz.
IIRC a regular 1710 is over 2K.
I don't shoot enough .22 lr to justify that.
Heck not enough to justify the $ dumped on a Savage TR.
.22 rifles for me are dust collectors.
Cool stuff, I just don't use em anymore.
Free floated barrel, reviewed as very accurate.Nice looking rifles, but looks don't shoot, and for an M.S.R.P. of $800+, I'm out.

Guess again.
My first thought was "great another quality rimfire ".......my second thought was "wow, takes Remington 700 triggers ", my 3rd thought was "its a turd, a polished turd" to quote Springfield website on performance "
ACCURACY GUARANTEE
Springfield Armory stands behind all Model 2020 Rimfire rifles and promises rock solid performance with a three-shot accuracy guarantee. Every configuration is guaranteed to shoot 1” or less at 50 yards with quality match-grade factory ammunition, in the hands of a skilled shooter."
Your guaranteeing me a rifle that "in the hands of a skilled shooter " will be lucky to hit a beer can......unacceptable......
I have a friend who owns one and likes it real well. Inside a nickel at 50 yds with CCI sv.I want a Springfield Armory 2020 LR bolt gun.
I want the hmr version but they've gone up $500 since I bought the lr model.
That`s seriously impressive. And I just love the wood stock!I have a friend who owns one and likes it real well. Inside a nickel at 50 yds with CCI sv.
IMHO one should have a nice .22 lr.Yeah, I just scrolled through the offerings and clicked a random link.

Ive spent some time behind an old Ruger sporter. To the OP thanks for the link. I will have to look in to these.
I picked up a finger groove 10/22 a while back. I get it; but don’t fully understand the hype.
Oh I agree.IMHO one should have a nice .22 lr.
Worth the expense.
Heirloom kinda thing.
