PART 2: I'm new an your 50-post rule sucks! Please change it for my convenience.

Is there a website or street address to get these great deals? It has been years since I have been on the site, so bear with my dumb questions.

      Tumblers

Check HarborFreight.com for sonic cleaners (same one a Lyman) for less than $80. But I still use the tumbler with corn cob and Flitz for shine.

      Reloading supplies...what to buy?

Check with the manufactory of the lead bullets about loading speeds. Some recommend that speeds remain below 1000 fps.

      Ammo prices

www.sgammo.com is the cheapest I've found for slugs or 7.62 X 54R rounds.

Should I buy hard to get ammo or common ammo

Most people would think 350 rounds was plenty. If you reload or pay someone to reload for you, you could fire each case 10 + times. If you are looking to just spend some money, buy reloading equipment for the calibers you own.
