I can only tell you there are many choices and after a long search of my own, I've been carrying the Smith M&P Shield 9mm for over a year and love it. Thin and light.       I own the Smith M&P 9c. Love it. I carry the M&P Shield simply because it's thinner and lighter (in a G-Code INCOG, BTW). Obviously there are many choices. She just needs to handle and shoot everything she can get her hands on.

      No they don't but LEO's have a couple other things going for them: a tight knit community reachable by radio and laws created specifically about and for them whereby if a bad guy attacks or causes harm they do not fair well in the courts.

      Got my incog for my M&P Shield yesterday. Ordered on 5/5/13. So far I like it. It's got a bulky spacer on the right side but it is pretty comfortable overall. I'm wearing it in the 3 o'clock position. I tried appendix. Just doesn't work for me. I've only got a few hours of use on it so...
