      Well let me ask you how many batteries for various TV remotes, children's toys, etc a landlord is suppose to pay for when the tenant claims the smoke detector batteries failed?

      Very likely the landlord is NOT required to replace the battery. In fact in my property that has battery operated detectors the leases require the tenant to do so. I’m also not required to clean their dirty oven and other things INSIDE the unit that are not part of a common utility system.

      Competition moves gas prices around quite a bit. Station south of me is typically 30-cents a gallon cheaper than the station north of me.

      It is marketing. Retail gas prices typically go up on Thursday, go down late on Monday. Cheapest prices are Tuesday, Wednesday. Been that way for decades.

      A lot of the kids at those 2 schools are actually from ILLINOIS. Look at the cars pulling into those parking lots. Yes, the Indiana School Choice Program pays some of the tuition for the Indiana students. But not the Illinois students. And those schools do a lot of church fundraising too.

      I was done with them years ago when they lied to me and said that the guns I was transferring through them we subject to 'extra fees' because they were "expensive" guns. I never went back. Never recommended them to anyone after that. That was about 10 years ago? Maybe longer.
