I have 4 different rifles from 4 different manufactures and they all sound about the same to me.

      Remington actions from budsguns

Buds do what they promise and I get orders from them quickly to my LGS (pawn shop)

Buds Guns Lifetime Warranty - Anyone ever used it?

I recently purchased a handgun from Buds and I think the lifetime warranty was $12. Will probably never need it. The gun I bought from Gallery of Guns included a lifetime warranty.

Looking For a .22 Handgun For Close-up Squirrel Hunting

My most accurate and fun gun to shoot is my GSG 1911-22 (also sold as a Sig Sauer). My Ruger MK III was my favorite until I got the 1911-22.

      9mm Carbines for home defense

I've been a member of the Hi-Point forum for years when I bought a C9 as my first handgun. I bought my a Hi-Point 995TS a few months ago and it has been dead reliable and it is accurate. Following the forum, bent firing pins aren't a problem and are seldom mentioned. Most of the...

ATI and Rock Island 1911 questions

I only have 600-700 rounds through my RIA Tactical 9mm. It is the most accurate of my 13 firearms and it has not malfunctioned at all. It looks good to me and was well worth the just under $500 out the door I paid for it. I would not hesitate to buy it again.

Why I will not buy a little, single stack handgun

If you are concerned about having enough firepower, I think you might be right. I carried a SD9VE until I bought a little Taurus TCP. I tend to carry the little TCP because it is so concealable and I don't notice it at all. I figure if I can't solve the problem with 6, I probably can't solve...

      Hi-Point Warranty

My first handgun was a Hi-Point C9. I bought it to see if handguns were for me. It was a reliable and relatively accurate gun that got me hooked. It gave me an incurable disease that has cost me a lot of money. It also caused me to take what gun snobs say with a grain of salt and I have...

      What was your first Handgun?

Used Hi-Point C9 for $125 in case I didn't get the bug. That was a dozen ago.

Rifle now legal for deer hunting in Indiana

KISS-Keep it simple stupid. Here in Virginia, we keep it simple. Anything 23 caliber or larger is legal. See our rules: No restrictions on shot size except for spring gobbler season when it is unlawful to have any shot in possession larger than number 2 fine shot while hunting. Shotguns must...

      Firearms Background Check Fee

I wish the list of states with a fee was accurate. I have bought 10 firearms in Virginia over the last dozen or so years from 4 different dealers in 3 different counties and the cost has been $3 and not the $2 that is listed. Wonder how many others are inaccurate.

      1911 9mm Choices ?

I have one also and it has been flawless. It is also very accurate. I bought ammo for the 500 round break-in but after 400 rounds with no malfunctions of any kind, I quit counting and consider it broken in. I would choose it again without a doubt.

What are the must have upgrades for RIA 1911?

I have the FS Tactical and I found no need to do anything to it. It has been flawless since the first shot and is accurate. Any changes would be cosmetic and I already like the way it looks.
