      I did alot of research before buying a progressive and ended up with the hornady LnL. The main two reasons I chose the hornady are : 1. Better powder drop. I read it's usually within .1g. Mine has proven to do this also, even on short stick I get really consistent charges. I shoot in long-ish...

      I use tracks as more of an idea where they're most active, not nessicarly to track them, but you probally cen depending on the terrain.
