Could they use illegals to transport from the ports to the state line by foot? Make the effort a condition of their handouts. Walk 5 days a week with 100lbs of goods on your back to the drop station at the state line and after 4 consecutive weeks of walking you get a voucher for the handouts...
I don’t see any civilians in gaza. I see terrorists and terrorists that are training youngsters to be terrorists. “Civilians dragging Israelis behind cars until their face is gone”. Is not the actions of a real civilian, but rather a terrorist.
The big question are they unwilling to go over that unspoken line or are there enough of them willing to cross that triggers the event that can’t be walked back from?
What I googled said in some business transactions for the contract to be legal it required a cursive signature or a notary that has verified the identity of the one using a mark or printing their name. It didn’t give specifics. I would guess that it would be in a highly valuable circumstance...
