      How do I stay on target?

      I had a problem with hitting the target with small framed handguns.My recent purchase of the Ruger SR45 has made a difference and I shoot more accurate with that gun then I have with any gun I have shot besides a Ruger 1911 some guy let me try at the range a few weeks back.

      I just carry the gun and if my shirt is not covering the gun,then it doesn't bother me.I get some looks and people stare,but never say a word. I am carrying a Ruger SR45 so not the perfect conceal weapon to start with,but it's the most accurate gun I have shot in years.

      I know it's a preference thing,but some people take it to far and say Glock is the best gun out there. I can think of several I'd rather buy then a Glock. I guess it's a bandwagon thing..J/K

      Made a mistake last weekend. learned from it too

      I have a good safe,just forgetful.Still new to carrying again. I know I can carry the gun in the car as long as I stay in the car,but it's just easier to leave it at home in case I need to go inside the school. I am getting better at reminding myself to lock it up or take it with me.

      first day shooting Shield and GP100

      I've enjoyed shooting both of my Shields.I have the 40 my g/f has the 9mm. I usually carry the 40 with me and is easy to conceal. I am ready to go and shoot a few hundred more rounds out of my 40 next week.
