In my experience, it is nice to have but remember the abuser might and usually has a violent reaction after becomming consicious. Don't let one or two people administer the narcan without proper training. They WILL have their hands full.
Remember as in repossessions, it is a "civil process". We aren't even called unless there is trouble. As far as evictions, that would be the Sheriff Department's job (messengers of the court) even if they want to be involved.
Whatever the choice, it has to be up to you. Which job are you going to be happy with several years down the road. Stick with it and don't look back. Advancement, money, family, insurance all come into play. Best of luck to you.
