PSA CHF Barrel - Removed Front Sight and exposed drilled area

Alrighty! I got it installed after shaving the FSB down to size. I reinstalled it and the pins were still pretty tough to put in which is good! The only issue is that it looks like the gas block is canted 1 or 2 degrees to the left. This should be okay - right? I'm at work so I can't post a...

PSA CHF Barrel - Removed Front Sight and exposed drilled area

Is there any place I can take my FSB to get cut down and reinstalled on to my barrel? I would prefer local.

PSA CHF Barrel - Removed Front Sight and exposed drilled area

It's totally my fault for not completely understanding how the standard front sight is actually tapered to the barrel itself. I'm fine with it looking that way as long as it functions the same. I wouldn't want it to get so hot that it becomes weaker at that point. This is simply something where...

PSA CHF Barrel - Removed Front Sight and exposed drilled area

I might end up doing that and putting the FSB back on. If I have tapped out the pins on the bottom, I can install them back right?

PSA CHF Barrel - Removed Front Sight and exposed drilled area

Awesome! I just wanted to make sure because it seemed like a pretty significant portion of the barrel assembly that was cut through so I was worried.

PSA CHF Barrel - Removed Front Sight and exposed drilled area

Hello! I'm obviously very new to assembling AR-15s. Welp I finally finished my AR but in the process I noticed something. I bought a complete upper with a PSA Cold hammer forged barrel with a front sight post. The problem is that when I removed the front sight post to install a low profile gas...

White River Armory AR parts - funny looking hammer?

Hello! I just got the White Rover Armory lower parts not today and noticed the hammer doesn't look like most hammers. Is anyone familiar with this? It looks like there is a weird notch as well. Let me know!

Benchmade 940-1 Osborne or 4 Delicas?

S90V is stronger but harder to sharpen. The osborne is also limited edition and half the weight. I think I will stick with the Osborne. Thanks though!

Don't know much about this knife - Help?

Hello everyone! Recently, my Father gave me his father's knife. He doesn't know the origin of it, other than it being my grandfather's knife. There are no markings on the knife or sheath. Can any of you shed some light on this type of knife? Here are some pictures: I recently sharpened it...

Benchmade 940-1 Osborne or 4 Delicas?

You both are right on the money with what I was thinking. I just needed some encouragement. I think I'm going to purchase it soon, now only to convince the wife... lol

Benchmade 940-1 Osborne or 4 Delicas?

Hello everyone! So I'm really torn. I love the steel, looks and build of the Benchmade 940-1 Osborne but I feel like I could get many good knives that do the same thing for the same price but multiple knives. You think I should fork out the $240 for it? I currently EDC a delica 4 and love it...

Monthly Subscription based Survival Box -

Hello everyone! I was wondering if something like this exists? I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in a monthly subscription based service where you get some SHTF/Survival gear in a monthly box. I was thinking it would be pretty cool to start a service like this but didn't know if...
