I have a friend looking for an 870 combo in 20ga. He said it was over $500 at GM. I they're usually high but that sounded way overpriced. Does anyone know where he can get a reasonable deal on the combo?
Is there a particular brand or type of .22 subsonic ammo that will cycle well or is it just a problem with the slower load? It seems everything I have tried in a semiauto does not want to cycle and has to be manually ejected.
I have Russian 7.62.54 in the original can sealed. Am I better off leaving it in there or open it and pack it in ammo cans that I can open and close with a gasket lid?
I was looking at the ODCMP.com web site and cannot find leather slings for an M1 Garand. They only have the cotton slings. Don't they sell the leather slings? If not where is the best place/price to find one?
I read the post about only buying or selling to other Indiana residents. Are all of the members of INGO Indiana residents or can they be on the site and live in another state? I often see in the adds the sellers want to see IDL and LTC but should the buyers also request to see from the sellers?
I need to replace some night sights that are old. I had trijicon sights previously. They tend to be more expensive and I am wondering are meprolite or other cheaper brands as good or worth it.
I received a CMP M1 and it appears to have a flat finish on the stock. Would it hurt the value of the gun to put true oil on it or am I better to leave it with the finish it has?
I saw a guy on a hunting show the other night using an eotec sight while goose/duck hunting. He said it really helped his accuracy as a cross eye dominant shooter. Has anyone tried this or does it work. He stated it was easier to keep both eyes open with it also.
I have not seen these yet so I am unsure of condition but a seller wants me to consider:
springfield 20ga 67F pump
stevens 335 dbl barrel 12 ga
winchester 84 #12 16ga pump
high standard .22 model B
I have no idea what there value is or if a they are even worth considering. Any suggestions?
