I'm just starting out with bees. I built a top bar hive over the winter and my bees are scheduled to arrive on 5-19. I wanted the bees mainly for the pollination for my orchard
and garden, and if I get any honey out of the deal so much the better. I went with top bar hive due to lower cost...
It may not be perfect but this is what I do:
1) De-cap all the brass running it through the Dillon 650 using the Lee universal decapping die.
2) Tumble the brass to clean
3) De-swage the brass using the Dillon 600 super swage
4) Size the brass in the Dillon 650 using a RCBS small base die
5)...
I treat my firearm related purchases as I do my investments. I purchase steady over time and do not panic buy. Make regular monthly purchase and you will end up with a nice nest egg (both in your investment portfolio and your safe/reloading bench).
Haven't changed my plans, however I did have a refresher with my kin as to what to do if things get hot. There were a few new questions/problems that were brought up, and we decided how to meet these new challenges.
Picked up a cast iron 1988 Craftsman saw on Craigslist for 75$ - installed a Vega fence, and Bully Dog router table extension. Will post pictures later today.
With paying shipping, I am contributing to the economy, providing an input to somebody's employment. Paying sales tax merely feeds the beast.
I would imagine that I report all my unpaid sales taxes and other sources of cash income just as well as the next guy.
++ for the Xtreme 124 gr. I have loaded >5k for 3 different 9mm pistols - have had great results. I only purchase these when Xtreme has a 15% off sale with free shipping then I load up. I also recommend the 230 gr for 45 ACP - great results there too.

Converted my 650 from 45 ACP to 9MM. I have loaded ~ 2900 on the road to 5k or so. I can probably get 3k in a 50 cal ammo can. I just picked up 1k of 45 ACP brass from the lgs so will probably switch back to 45 when I am out of 9MM.
Small pin -- large pin is for Colt lowers. Call CMC to verify. BTW do not purchase your trigger till you see them on sale. The last two I picked up were on Black Friday $130 each.
I put a flat 3.5 CMC trigger in my Armalite AR-10 and love this trigger. The trigger is a drop in replacement, and takes minutes to install. I have since installed the same trigger on all my other AR platforms. I would recommend getting some KNS anti-rotation pins to go with the trigger. Get...
As an alternative to buckshot, I keep a good quantity of shells loaded with BB shot. Up close it could possibly be enough to stop a large target, and at a distance a good deterrent. I picked up a large quantity of BB shot at a yard sale years ago so I roll my own.
