      How to start

Atlanta Conservation Club has a practice night on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. Start is 5pm. Look on www.atlantaconservationclub.com for more information. I highly recommend taking the newbie class at Parabellum. Coach does a great job.

      Stages for Local USPSA matches??

Got it. Thank you for the insight. Next month we'll see if I improve. My stage was the the one on the backside where you had to go around the wall to get to the second box. It was my stage and it made me think.

      Stages for Local USPSA matches??

I didn't mean to come across defensive. I'm not at all. I was curious to understand what you meant by learning curve. I think you and your crew put on a great match. Your stages are enjoyable. Thanks for the accolades. From you that means quite a bit.

      Stages for Local USPSA matches??

I am on the learning curve but Daniel looked them over and declared they met the rules of the game. I design based on what I am working on at the time as far as my practice. The stage met my spec. After that tell me what is a bad stage and good stage? It seems to me that at that point it depends...

      Stages for Local USPSA matches??

I vote for stages by any of the Indiana MD's. I like the range of stages at the club level. I know many of the new shooters at ACC and the only comment I have heard is "that was tough but I made it through". I've not heard any other complaints. And I wouldn't judge that as a complaint. The...

      Multi Gun Practice

2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at ACC we do a USPSA practice. This month we moved it forward and will have two stages left over from this weekends match. On occasion we get the odd targets out, if you're coming and willing to get there and help set up let me know ahead of time and maybe we can...

      USPSA at ACC August 27th & 28th

Good stages. Good challenges. There's one on the backside called Push Forward which in my humble and unbiased opinion kicks butt.

      Be a better USPSA Shooter

      I'll buy that.

      Be a better USPSA Shooter

Two people can reset a stage quickly if they have a plaster gun and move at the same pace they use to get to the bar. What I'm trying to do is get around the crowd that doesn't paste.

      Be a better USPSA Shooter

There was a short conversation at ACC regarding the theory of everyone taking a turn to completely reset the stage. One person resetting the stage and everyone takes a turn. Now, that might be tough for one person but if it was a team situation where two people took a turn following a shooting...
