Not that it's impossible, but it certainly is a less likely to have it happen with a backstrap safety. When holstering my XD9, I make sure not to have my hand on it.
I got mine when they recommended 4" and it's almost too big. I use the first hole with a bunch of extra sticking out. Maybe 4" would have been good if I ever IWB carry, but I never do. I've had mine a year and you can barely tell it.
My allergies started flaring up. About 4 hours after taking Flonase, I was all cleared up. It works so good for me that I forget to take another dose because I forget that I have alergies.
No, I thought of it myself. My wife's car's key lock broke, so i rewired everything to two switches. 1 turns everything on, and one starts the car. I glued the sensor underneath the steering wheel. All you do is hold the key next to it, turn on the power switch, hit the other switch to engage...
Get new key and glue it to the back side of the key lock on the steering column so the sensor call still read it. Put a cheap non-chipped key on your keyring. If you lose the cheap one, you pull the chipped one off and copy it.
They are both similar. No crime was being committed in either case. And the mere fact that a gun was seen by an officer wasn't cause for the officer to escalate the encounter.
You've got to read the whole thing. That section you're referring to is about a different case were the cops arrested a guy on his porch when they saw he had a gun. http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/03200808jsk.pdf
I may be wrong, but what I take from this is the police can't stop you solely on the grounds that you are carrying a gun. And even if you don't have a licence to carry a handgun, you can't go to jail if there's no evidence that you were committing or about to commit a criminal act. Because the...
I use Cricket wireless. They are owned by AT&T. I pay $35 a month plan for unlimited talk and text and 2.5 gigabytes data. To get that price so you have to be in the auto pay plan which takes the money off of your card automatically.
I wouldn't put a lighter spring in. You need a heavy spring to keep the bolt from slamming back so hard. I had jams on mine, not quit as bad as this. Though mine is the Colt mag version. I went home, cleaned it real good, and oiled it liberally. The next time, I only had one jam. The time after...
